I really got into lifting 5 years ago and have fallen in love with it. I am currently a 3x USAPL 83kg champion and hold 6 National records all while being a student athlete studying kinesiology. My goal with this coaching is to help lifters improve in all aspects of their training from their diet to their form and overall strength. 9 WEEK SQUAT PROGRAM
This program is to mainly focus on your competition squat and to increase it as much as possible. This program will also include Bench and Deadlift, but its SPECIALIZED for Squat.
16 Week Squat Program
In this 16 week program you will absolutely blow up your Squat, Bench, and Deadlift numbers through the roof. This program focuses on the compound movements as well as getting in good accessories.
16 Week & Squat Specialization Program
For a cheaper price you get both the 16 Week Program & Squat Specialization Program. Both programs are great and will make you great progress on your lifts!
